Happy Halloween! One of the things I really enjoyed about Halloween is to put my cat, Sean, into costumes. There's something about a cat's expression when I put clothes on him that really cracks me up :-) Thankfully, he's a gentle cat that will agree to play-along, even though he obviously don't like it too much (as you can see in the picture).
Of all the costumes out there I chose the chicken hat for Sean, because chicken is his favorite meat of choice. I can see him thinking as he's wearing the chicken hat, "WTF? I want to eat the chicken, not to be one!" Then when I'm not looking he'll quietly take the hat off him and run away before I can catch him again...
