Do you sometimes lost count of where you were crocheting? Attaching stitch markers in the crochet fabric every row/round will help with counting, especially when you are working in spirals. You can buy special stitches markers, or you can improvise with safety pins or tying small pieces of yarn in contrasting color through the crochet piece. For tiny amigurumi crochet pattern, I usually perfer using small safety pins or yarn instead of traditional stitch markers, which tend to be a bit too big and get in the way.
Below is an example of marking with a safety pin. For working in spirals I usually mark the beginning of each round, and move the pin as I crochet up the rounds.

And here's an example of marking with yarn. Make a small knot so it doesn't slip off easily, but not so tight that you cannot undo it later.

I have no suggestions! I need help! :)
I use old bread bag closures (metal twist ties) to mark my rounds, and I can cut them to a smaller size with plier cutters and just bend and keep adding more as i go around!
